About The Role We’re hiring our first In‑House Legal Counsel to join ExaCare AI. This is a true 0 → 1 role at the center of the company. You’ll help define how legal operates, build the systems and playbooks from scratch, and scale what works as we grow. You’ll be involved across the business, partnering closely with Sales, Growth, Operations, and Leadership to support everything from customer contracts to vendor agreements and compliance.
