Our client is an insurer which provides both life and general insurance, who is looking for legal counsel for 6-month contract to support daily operations.
The Role
Draft and review contracts including commercial agreements, partnerships and intermediary agreements, reinsurance treaties, service agreements with vendors
Draft insurance policy provisions and review relevant marketing materials and application forms, work with various departments in the product development cycle
Provide legal support to all distribution channels
Assist with complaints handling including providing advice on written reply to customers and regulators
Ensure delivery of sound legal advice in compliance with laws, regulations and policies
