Position Summary

REAL-R is looking for a Real Estate Legal Assistant who will support a small law firm located in south Calgary with residential real estate transactions, with a strong emphasis on pre‑owned residential resales. The successful candidate will have a year of real estate experience, be proficient with Esilaw 360 & Unity Conveyancing software, and demonstrate exceptional organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process residential real estate files from opening to closing, with a focus on pre-owned residential resales and related documentation.


• Draft, edit, and organize real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, mortgage instructions, transfer documents, and trust letters.
