Our client, a highly regarded law firm with offices in the core of downtown Toronto, is in need of a Corporate Legal Assistant to join its team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit and finalize a variety of transactional documents relating to corporate reorganizations, share/asset purchase and sale transactions
• Create signature packages for closings
• Organize and track delivery of closing documents
• Assist with all administrative aspects of corporate transactions and post‑closing matters (including wires and record books)
• Proofreading, strong accuracy and quick turnaround time is essential
