Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant with a minimum of four years’ experience in corporate or energy law. This position provides direct support to lawyers within the Energy practice group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, format, and compile legal documents and correspondence
• Open and close client files in accordance with firm protocols
• Manage client communications, respond to inquiries, and follow up as needed
• Maintain lawyer calendars and coordinate appointments based on availability and preferences
• Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient document and communication management
• Perform other administrative and legal support duties as required
