Join our innovative Intellectual Property Department as a Legal Administrative Assistant with a focus on Trademarks. This hybrid role allows for a perfect balance of office and remote work while you manage trademark filings and communications.
We are currently searching for a Legal Administrative Assistant who brings over 5 years of experience in Intellectual Property. Your daily tasks will include preparing filings, managing client correspondence, and monitoring important deadlines. You will also handle billing procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and amend trademark electronic filings
• File documents with CIPO and WIPO promptly
• Organize and track reporting deadlines
• Process dockets and accounts for approval
• Keep client information up-to-date in databases
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Legal Secretarial or Law Clerk Program
