A strong command of Microsoft Office and effective communication skills are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities: • Process closeouts of mid-term and end-of-term leases • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for documentation • Complete monthly lease expiration reports accurately • Review unidentified deposits for timely processing • Provide leads to Broker Partners on early buyout opportunities
