As a Learning Project Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our teams learn, grow, and perform. You’ll lead impactful learning initiatives from start to finish—combining project leadership with data-driven insights to drive real business results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end learning projects that support Customer Experience teams
Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables
Turn business data and performance insights into effective learning strategies
Partner with learning teams and business stakeholders to design impactful solutions
Measure success through participation, skill development, behavior change, and performance outcomes
Analyze trends, skill gaps, and feedback to continuously improve learning programs
Use dashboards and reporting to bring data to life and support decision-making
