The Program Manager leads the delivery and implementation of learning projects and programs, partnering with Global Learning stakeholders and collaborating closely with business lines and external vendors. The role ensures all initiatives are executed in line with defined scope, timelines, and objectives, and in compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.

What you’ll do

• Ensure project objectives, scope, and deliverables are clearly identified at project initiation
• Develop project plans using standard templates and procedures to ensure delivery according to plan
• Lead project kick-offs, status meetings, and ad hoc meetings
• Maintain RAID logs to track risks, issues, actions, and decisions to support successful delivery
