As a member of the Store Learning team, the Learning Consultant is responsible for the instructional design and development of training materials for employees in Canadian Tire retail stores. Content areas include, but are not limited to, technical training (for example, reference guides, job aids, walkthrough videos), selling skills and product knowledge, and soft skills training (for example, customer service and diversity and inclusion topics).The Learning Consultant works closely with Lead Learning Solutions Consultants, Senior Retail Integration Consultants, and Multimedia Designers.
