• Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (Python, Java, Node, JavaScript, C++, etc.)
7–8+ years of experience in software support engineering, technical operations, production support, incident management, SRE, software engineering, or related technical fields
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience across distributed systems, mobile applications, backend systems, APIs, and cloud platforms
Experience reviewing source code and supporting engineering-level investigations
Experience with ELK, CloudWatch, Splunk, Grafana, or similar monitoring/logging platforms
Strong understanding of SQL/database analysis and log investigation
Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS
Experience handling high-severity production incidents and customer-impacting issues
