Role Mission
Oversee daily service assurance and operational performance of Celerity’s fiber backbone and managed WiFi services, ensuring SLA compliance and network stability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Service Desk (L1), NOC (L2) and Field Operations (L3)
Ensure SLA compliance and service KPIs
Manage incident, problem and change processes
Oversee network monitoring and performance optimization
Coordinate vendor and property-level technical alignment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or related field
8+ years of telecom/network operations experience
Experience in NOC environments and monitoring platforms
Strong expertise in fiber backbone, GPON and managed WiFi ecosystems
