What you’ll do
Work collaboratively with program leaders, multidisciplinary educators and staff at BC Children’s and BC Women’s to assess simulation education needs and priorities in order to lead the development of simulation-based curriculum design.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure effective management of the simulation education curriculum and program.
Engage in a variety of simulation based activities such as developing and modifying simulation scenarios, team debriefing and teaching simulation courses. Operate, troubleshoot and support the proper usage of simulation equipment and supplies.
