We are seeking a Working Foreman/Lead Mechanic Technician in Hamilton, Ontario to support a growing, business-to-business construction equipment rental operation. This is a hands-on leadership role for a technician who enjoys solving complex mechanical problems, supporting teammates, and leading by example on the shop floor. This role is not suited for a parts changer. The ideal candidate is a strong troubleshooter who stays calm during difficult breakdowns, takes pride in doing repairs properly, and understands that asking for help is a strengthnot a weakness.

Location: Hamilton, ON

Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Approx. 47.5 hrs/week. Overtime paid after 44 hours

Pay: $40.00$45.00/hr (flexible for top talent; potential review/raise after 90 days)
