**Your key responsibilities**
• Support the CHRO with a variety of tasks, like making presentations for senior management • Support the roll out and activation of our new leadership values • Coordinate global leadership trainings and programs (planning, scheduling, participant tracking, logistics, materials). • Support measurement, feedback collection, and follow up actions linked to leadership programs. • Project Management, mostly around leadership topics, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
