Lead Software Quality Engineer - Permanent - 19062 About the Opportunity
A growing software company with operations across Canada is looking for a Lead Software Quality Engineer to join their thriving R&D group. Reporting to the Director, Engineering, this individual will lead a team of 4-6 skilled Software Quality Engineers and provide technical leadership and ownership of the entire software testing infrastructure and test strategy. This role requires deep, holistic knowledge of complex distributed systems from a software testing perspective, covering database testing, API-level test development, front‑end test automation, performance testing, and DevOps & CI/CD.
This is a mid‑sized company that specializes in providing SaaS‑based software solutions to a global, telecom‑focused client base. The company is 100% remote‑friendly, with the exception that only candidates residing within Ontario will be considered.
