About This Opportunity

Tomlinson is looking for a Construction Lead Hand to work with our residential operations. This individual will work under the supervision of a foreman. The Lead Hand will oversee all landscape construction services on residential sites, monitor work and ensure quality of onsite tasks.

Location: Ottawa, ON


Vacancy Type: Replacement


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to read construction drawings and pull information to set proper grades

  • Proficient with the operating of a rotating laser level and be able to work with GPS would be a great asset

  • Installation of stakes as required for layout purposes

  • Measures distances from reference points to locate boundaries of construction site

  • Ability to work in and implement safe work practices and contribute to a safe work environment
