About The Role

At Bethany, a career as a Maintenance Lead Hand is both personally and professionally challenging and rewarding. In this hands‑on/leadership position, in addition to performing assigned “hands‑on” duties, you will be responsible for the operations of the Maintenance Department, including the effective and efficient use of physical, financial and human resources within the department’s budgetary guidelines. The Maintenance Lead Hand is responsible for the stewardship of Bethany Riverview’s physical assets, and the provision of a safe, comfortable, well‑maintained physical environment responsive to the needs of residents, employees and volunteers.
