What you'll do
Optimize performance of refinery assets by establishing Asset Care Strategies (ACS), identifying preventative maintenance tactics, analysing feedback on asset performance, and providing solutions for issues.
Investigate and leverage historical data, current practices, best practices, and OEM recommendations to improve maintenance tactics, especially for highly complex problems or high‑risk assets.
Develop strong relationships with team members in Maintenance and Operations to drive a deeper understanding of asset performance and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor equipment reliability metrics.
Optimize care strategies for continuous improvement using practices such as PMO, RCA, etc., and analyse that data to complete fitness‑for‑service analyses, make repair recommendations,...
