About This Opportunity

Take the lead at Sunoco LP as a Coordinator focused on managing equipment orders and customer relations. This role offers a 12-month temporary opportunity to enhance operational workflows.
As a Lead Coordinator, you will manage the ordering process of fuel equipment and maintain communication with vendors. Your experience will enable you to develop a comprehensive understanding of product delivery, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently. Collaboration with accounting and sales teams will be crucial for quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage fuel equipment and material orders
• Engage customers for order confirmations and follow-ups
• Maintain system updates for visibility on orders
• Create and monitor purchase orders in Service Now
• Process invoices and rebill charges to clients
Requirements:
• High School diploma required
• 5-10 years’ experience in Purchasing or similar fields
• Strong English proficiency; French is a bonus
