Role: Lead Cloud Engineer

Team: S&P Global Enterprise Data Organization team is a creative team of experts collaborating across divisions and driving continuous improvements in platform innovation and usability.

The Impact: Joining our team in Canada, the candidate will be responsible for supporting and expanding our cloud infrastructure, monitoring and alerting frameworks, onboarding/migration projects, and interacting with the wider QA and Development team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software development teams to improve application reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Provide BAU Production support, and resolve issues either spotted by monitoring or reported by users before causing business impact.
• Develop scripts in Python/Unix shell scripting/AWS Lambda to automate tasks and streamline processes.
