This role is based in Mississauga and allows you to work remotely two days a week. You’ll lead the charge in managing escalated AWS support cases, utilizing your deep technical knowledge. As a senior member of the support team, you'll also drive process improvements and foster knowledge sharing, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee AWS support case resolution • Mentor and train frontline support engineers effectively • Minimize escalations to AWS through internal solutions • Conduct hands-on troubleshooting for AWS-related issues • Develop and manage technical documentation and SOPs
