Lead Growth Analyst

We’re looking for a Lead Growth Analyst who’s passionate about using data, experimentation, and automation to shape the future of Product‑Led Growth at Homebase. You’ll play a critical role in accelerating product growth and broader revenue generation, driving clarity across funnels, and building the internal data products that empower every team to make faster, smarter decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate experimentation practices within the growth org – empowering PMs through coaching on hypothesis framing, experiment design, metrics, and interpretation, while delivering rigorous A/B test insights that improve activation, conversion, and monetization.
• Model expected KPI impact and ROI to prioritize the most valuable experiments and initiatives.
