Manage resources and remove operational barriers, supporting cross-functional teams, escalating risks when necessary, and ensuring readiness for prototypes, special builds, and customer events.
Ensure technical and operational readiness for launches, including equipment procurement coordination, PFMEA and Control Plan validation, 4M readiness reviews, and adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
