Job Overview

Responsible for defining and leading the regional Commercial Education strategy for DePuy Synthes across LATAM, owning the direction, integration, and effectiveness of commercial capability building across the full portfolio, encompassing both clinical selling skills and strategic/value‑based selling skills for direct and distributor‑based go‑to‑market models.
