Role and responsibilities

The Landholder and Reforestation Delivery Manager is the primary field‑based interface with landholders, communities, contractors, and stakeholders for Nature Co’s projects in Brazil. The position builds and manages a pipeline of landholders, leads outreach and onboarding, coordinates site inspections, collects data for carbon standard checks, and signs agreements. It ensures compliance, schedules, site readiness, quality audits, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
