Seeking a detail-oriented Land Development Project Coordinator to support project management from acquisition through registration and assumption. The role involves coordinating planning approvals, engineering, budgeting, scheduling, and technical reviews to ensure successful land development projects.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, engineering, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly budget and schedule updates.
• Assist with consultant and contractor selection and contract administration.
• Manage application submissions and track project milestones.
• Prepare and coordinate development applications (zoning, subdivision, site plan, plan of condominiums).
• Liaise with municipal staff and agencies to secure approvals and clearances.
