Contribute to successful land developments with SmartCentres as a Development Coordinator. Assist in various aspects of the development process under the guidance of the Director.
As a key team member, you will be responsible for managing consultant activities, handling zoning by-law amendments, and coordinating with internal departments. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, alongside a minimum of three years' experience in land development or related fields. Your proactive approach and entrepreneurial mindset will be essential in navigating complex projects.
