Descripción y Requisitos1.
Completed Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related.2.
Availability for 2 and 3 shift.3.
Experience as a human resources generalist and personnel management.4.
English at least 80% obligatory.5.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in labor relations in the maquiladora industry.6.
Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and current labor regulations.8.
Advise employees on issues related to the workplace.9.
Knowledge about conciliation and conflict resolution.10.
Indicators of absenteeism and turnover.11.
