Lab Technician

Fort McMurray, AlbertaOur customer, a major oil and gas company, is currently looking for a Lab Technician for their busy facility for a 1 year contract. The successful candidate will hold a minimum of 5 years analytical and QA/QC experience, preferably in a SAGD facility. This position is based out of Fort McMurray, Alberta. The work schedule is 14 days on and 14 days off, working day and night shifts. This is a fly in and fly out position.


Responsibilities

Identifies and helps develop work process improvements and efficiencies for the maintenance processes.

Executes maintenance and repair of general equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

Ensures that the required level of productivity, quality, safety and environmental standards are achieved.
