This position seeks a skilled Lab Technician with at least a Master’s degree in immunology or related fields. You will perform various critical tasks such as maintaining mammalian cell cultures, conducting PCR, and assisting with flow cytometry. Collaborating closely with experienced researchers, you will contribute to significant cancer-related studies while helping train junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain mammalian tissue cultures
• Support T cell engagement and cytotoxicity assays
• Perform DNA/RNA extraction and PCR
• Operate flow cytometry instruments and assist with imaging
• Help organize and manage lab operations
Requirements:
• Master's degree in immunology or molecular biology
• Minimum 2 years experience in a research lab
