Lab Leader- Technology Payments Delivery

The role

Contributes to the overall success of the High Value Payments Engineering globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

What will you do?

• Lead 2 – 3 Engineering teams to deliver on global wire payment business values through planning, discovery, execution and learning phases.
• Monitor program level risks and dependencies, sharing information with value stream stakeholders.
• Identify and address team and program level disfunctions.
• Closely collaborate at the program level with peers to ensure effective and efficient communication between teams.
• Support program level workshops in training teams on Agile frameworks/methodology.
