TEAM SECRETARY (Band 3)

The Medical Secretarial Service have a vacancy for a full-time Team Secretary (37 hrs) to support the Orthopaedic Department at Woodend General Hospital. You would also be expected to help other departments across the service during periods of high demand.

This exciting opportunity would be ideal for an experienced secretary or administrator looking to expand on their administrative knowledge or move into the medical administration sector.

The post

The post holder will work alongside the Medical Secretaries, in Woodend and ARI, to provide secretarial and administrative support to the team.

This is a very busy but rewarding post that involves a variety of tasks.

Days of work are Monday to Friday and hours can be worked between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm.
