Job Description

• 3-10 years of hands‑on experience as a Kronos Consultant with a strong focus on UKG Workforce Central.
• Experience on UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions) is plus.
• Experience in configuring Kronos for:
  • Timekeeping
  • Scheduling
  • Accruals
  • Attendance
  • Activities
  • Attestation
• Experience in setting up Kronos Clock Terminals and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can handle client interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and integration components.
• Maintain Business Structure setup and troubleshoot Intouch Devices.
• Proficient in setting up Manager Access requests.
• Knowledgeable in reviewing, creating, and modifying:
