In this role, you will receive full training to help you take orders from franchises and enter them into our design software (Mozaik).

Responsibilities

• Support franchise orders by entering project details into our design software (training provided)
• Prepare accurate quotes using our standardized pricing catalogue
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure all necessary information is collected
• Assist with basic design tasks and layout preparation under team guidance
