This role involves working within the Supply Chain department under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager. You will be responsible for representing end-user perspectives, enabling adoption of ERP solutions, and refining processes to enhance performance. Collaborating closely with BPOs, your input will drive significant improvements in user satisfaction.
