As an Executive Assistant at Canco, your focus will be on facilitating the CEO’s operations effectively. You will manage their schedule, prepare communications, organize meetings, and handle travel plans with confidentiality and professionalism. Your role will also include coordinating events and being the primary contact for various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and personal tasks for the CEO
• Manage telephone and email correspondences effectively
• Organize meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
• Arrange travel plans and maintain confidentiality in all matters
• Support in organizing company events and managing documents
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of administrative or office management experience
