About this Role

This is a ground-floor opportunity to join Pandvil's Colombian team as one of its first members. You'll start fully remote within Colombia, but we're actively searching for office space now and expect to be in a physical location within a few months. Medellín is our first choice, with Bogotá as a strong alternative — and where we land will be shaped in part by where our team is. Whether you're in Medellín, Bogotá, or nearby, if you're excited to be part of building something from the ground up and open to working onsite once we're established, we want to hear from you.
