Logistics Coordination: Collaborate daily with 3PL partners and manage the secure palletizing of equipment for customer shipping.
Field Readiness: Review orders to determine necessary parts and tools to effectively plan for external field calls.
Operational Support: Assist with the validation of returns and process SAP information to return goods to stock.
