Junior Network Controller

FLS is responsible for ensuring seamless, 24/7 operational continuity across Amadeus services in the Americas. The team focuses on incident detection, rapid recovery, coordination, and escalation to keep critical platforms running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Recover from incidents as quickly as possible.
• Monitor the network status.
• Prepare and perform changes that are within the scope of Network Operations’ responsibilities.
• Monitor changes made by other teams (e.g., Engineering, Firewall Group, Capacity groups), validate them, and closely monitor the changed environment afterward.
• Handle equipment faults ensuring that hardware is repaired or replaced.
• Report and follow up on issues with services from external providers.
• Create, review and update operational procedures (OPROCs).
