Role Overview

The Technical Services Unit manages and evolves enterprise IMT infrastructure, supporting servers, networks, cloud platforms, security, and shared IT services across the province.

Responsibilities

• Provide information technology development, maintenance and support services to clients by:
  • Monitoring core network infrastructure.
  • Supporting the lifecycle of network services.
  • Assisting with change implementation.
  • Completing tasks under senior guidance.
  • Supporting issue resolution and service improvements.
