We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Finance Analyst to support our finance, accounting, logistics, and inventory reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling shipping and inventory data, generating reports, and supporting operational workflows across multiple systems including QuickBooks and Seller Cloud.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across finance and operations teams.

Assist the Accountant with HST preparation and filing.

Organize sales, purchase, and expense documents required for HST returns.

Maintain accurate records related to HST transactions.
