A manufacturing plant within the packaging and food industry is seeking a Junior Factory Controller to provide financial and operational support through cost analysis, budget management, and performance monitoring. This role is responsible for ensuring financial visibility and control over plant operations while partnering closely with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance teams. The Junior Factory Controller will participate in monthly financial close activities, analyze production cost variations, monitor manufacturing KPIs, support budgeting and rolling forecasts, and assist with profitability analysis across production lines.
