JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviewing drawings, specifications, project documents, and site conditions to prepare quantity and scope takeoffs for projects of small to medium scale.
Assembling relevant takeoffs into detailed project estimates for bidding purposes.
Daily scheduling of resources and field supervision of construction activities to ensure projects are completed within budget and in accordance with relevant specifications.
Ensure all work is being completed in a productive and safe manner.
