Senior Finance Analyst / Junior Controller

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands‑on and detail‑oriented Senior Finance Analyst / Junior Controller to oversee the day‑to‑day financial operations of our organization. This individual contributor role is responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, billing reconciliation, cash flow management, budgeting, tax reporting, and compliance functions within a fast‑paced staffing and professional services environment.

The ideal candidate is operationally strong, highly analytical, and comfortable working independently while partnering closely with leadership, operations, HR, and sales teams to support business performance and financial accuracy.
