**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience or technical proficiency in the following: Linux, Apache/NGINX web servers, PHP, PostgreSQL, MySQL database.
- Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, and understanding of MVC frameworks.
- Web service integration using technologies such as REST, XML, SOAP.
- Front-end technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment using Git for version control.
