**Purpose and Scope of Position**
Enable on-time production of Customer Orders by coordinating information exchange between Internal Contacts and Partner Manufacturers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Source Orders - Assign the production location of new orders (internal or outsource) based on provided guidelines in a timely manner to allow for efficient processing of orders.
Quotes - Obtain product specifications, availability, lead time, cost and quantity information from Partner Manufacturers.
Provide specifications, availability, lead time, quantity and price information to Internal Contacts.
Rush Orders - Coordinate with Internal Contacts and Partner Manufacturers on rush production and delivery requests to ensure timeliness in all aspects of order processing in order to meet delivery requirements.
Purchase Orders - Enter Purchase Orders for outsource products based on Customer Orders.
