Responsibilities:
Ensure the proper functioning of all mechanical equipment in the facility
Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks as required
Trouble shoot and repair of general equipment, mechanical and electrical
Provide general maintenance support to food processing machines, conveyors, etc.
Manage all control systems in the plant, utilizing thorough knowledge of processing and packaging systems.
