About This Opportunity

Become our new Payroll Administrator and manage payroll activities efficiently. This full-time position focuses on cheque preparation and payroll maintenance at our physical office location.
We seek an organized individual with a college diploma who can begin work immediately. You will calculate payroll, prepare statements of earnings, and administer employee benefits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate payroll and prepare employee cheques
• Prepare and maintain statements of earnings
• Generate and submit monthly payroll statements
• Administer benefits and documentations
• Prepare annual T4 statements and additional payroll paperwork
Requirements:
• College diploma in a related area (1-2 years)
• 1 to 7 months of payroll experience
• English or French fluency required
• On-site work only, no remote option
• Appropriate Canadian work eligibility
