About This Opportunity

Step into an impactful Payroll Administrator role with a dedicated non-profit organization in SE Calgary! You will be essential in resolving payroll issues and communicating with stakeholders effectively.

This exciting opportunity focuses on supporting a company committed to its employees. With at least 2 years of Canadian payroll experience required, this temp-to-direct hire position offers a work structure of about 30 hours each week from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll emails and inquiries efficiently
• Diagnose and resolve payroll problems
• Work with HRIS and payroll providers
• Liaise with external entities like the CRA
• Maintain accurate payroll documentation

Requirements:
• 2+ years of Canadian payroll expertise
• UKG experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication
